Christopher M. McNally, Esq. is a partner with the Bodie, Dolina, Hobbs, Friddell and Grenzer, PC., whose practice concentrates on long-term care, assisted living and medical malpractice cases as well as the defense of the caregivers who work in these facilities. Mr. McNally represents some of the top long-term care providers in Maryland in complex malpractice litigation, as well as many insurers who provide coverage to caregivers and facilities. Mr. McNally is a frequent lecturer for both HFAM and the Beacon Institute on a variety of topics relating to long-term care and assisted living.
Kathryn B. Weinrich, Esq. is the senior supervising associate for the medical malpractice and long-term care defense practice group at Bodie, Dolina, Hobbs, Friddell and Grenzer, PC. She joined the group as a paralegal in 2006 and accepted a position as an associate attorney in 2008. Ms. Weinrich has concentrated her practice in medical malpractice personal injury defense, including skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, and other healthcare professionals. She has represented nursing homes, doctors, nurses, social workers, therapists, administrators, and other health care providers in complex medical malpractice cases, as well as licensing matters.
