Ryan E. Naugle
Mr. Naugle is an attorney with Bodie, Dolina, Smith & Hobbs practicing general civil, complex civil and criminal defense litigation. Prior to accepting an position with Bodie, Dolina, Smith & Hobbs, he began his legal career serving as Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable Julie Stevenson Solt, Associate Judge, Circuit Court for Frederick County, Maryland.
Mr. Naugle’s civil practice concentrates in civil insurance defense litigation related to automobile collisions and claims of exposure to lead-based paint. Mr. Naugle also handles Plaintiff’s personal injury claims, criminal defense litigation and has successfully argued before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Mr. Naugle is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland, and in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland State, Baltimore County and Carroll County Bar Associations, is a member of the Maryland Defense Counsel, and is qualified as a civil mediator in the state of Maryland.
A native of Frederick County, Maryland, Ryan received his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University (Cum Laude 2004); and graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D. 2007).
