Thomas G. Bodie

Mr. Bodie, retired in 2007 and now serves in an advisory capacity to the firm as “Of Counsel”. Mr. Bodie is now a former member of the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. Mr. Bodie served as president of the Baltimore County Bar Association and is a founding member of the Baltimore County Bar Foundation. A member of the Maryland State Bar Association since 1967, Mr. Bodie was elected to its Board of Governors in 1978 and 1990. He served on the MSBA Ethics Committee and has chaired the Committee for the Lawyer Assistance Program of the MSBA since its inception in 1981 to 2001. Mr. Bodie also has been vice-chairman of the Attorney Grievance Commission and has served on its Review Board. He served for eight years on the Judicial Nominating Commission for Baltimore County.

Mr. Bodie attended the University of Dayton (B.A., 1962) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 1967). Mr. Bodie practiced for 40 years in Maryland. He has been admitted as a Rule 55 attorney in Delaware and is providing pro bono legal representation through the Delaware Volunteer Legal Services Program.
