Volunteers from various professions filled the gymnasium at West Towson Elementary. There were journalists, chefs, musicians, engineers, doctors, athletes, and of course, a Bodie attorney.
Students from 4th and 5th grade were divided into small groups and visited each of the volunteers tables. Each volunteer gave a short ten minute presentation as to their career.
Michael Harmon talked to the students about being a lawyer, including the typical work day, how much schooling is necessary, and the most rewarding aspect of the job. The presentations were followed up by a question and answer session.
