Partners
Congratulations to Bodie Law Attorneys, Rebecca A. Fleming and S. Todd Willson, who have been named as partners of the Firm. Ms. Fleming and Mr. Willson are a wonderful addition to the already successful leadership of partners Thomas J. Dolina, Chester H. Hobbs, IV, Winn C. Friddell and Louis E. Grenzer, Jr.

Ms. Fleming has been an attorney at the Firm since 2002 and has distinguished herself as a skilled and effective litigator. Ms. Fleming primarily focuses her practice on family law; however, she also has a strong background in personal injury, insurance defense and general civil litigation.
S. “Todd” Willson is an experienced litigator, focusing primarily on insurance defense in the areas of the defense of long term care institutions, toxic torts defense, and professional liability defense. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Willson was a senior attorney at an international insurancelaw firm and then enjoyed a 10 year tenure as a partner at a prominent law firm in Baltimore.

Johns Hopkins Project RESTORE Benefit:
Bodie Law hosted an evening at the Visionary Arts Museum to benefit and raise awareness for The Johns Hopkins Project RESTORE, which is focused on restoring hope, function and lives to patients with MS and TM. The night was a huge success and it was wonderful to mingle with clients, friends and colleagues.
Finest Young Professionals Under 35 Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Fundraiser
Bodie Law attorney, Sarah D. Mann, was named as one of the finest young professionals, under 35 years of age, in the Baltimore Business Community by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. By accepting this honor, Ms. Mann agreed to raise money for the Foundation and organized an event with Bodie Law to do just that. The event consisted of donations from Grand Cru, Neopol Savory Smokery and Pisco Porton and was held at the Plywood Gallery in Belvedere Square, Baltimore, Maryland. The total raised by the “35 Finest” was $105,000.00 and Ms. Mann was among the top 10 fundraisers.

Thomas J. Dolina
Bodie Law lawyer, Thomas J. Dolina, was appointed to the Maryland State Bar Association’s Budget and Finance Committee and the Baltimore County Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. Mr. Dolina also serves on the Board of Governors, which is the governing body of the Maryland State Bar Association.

Chester H. Hobbs, IV
Bodie Law lawyer, Chester H. Hobbs, IV presented before the Baltimore County Bar Association regarding mediating estates and trusts disputes. Mediation is a voluntary process in which a neutral third party assists the parties to a legal dispute in reaching a resolution that is acceptable to all parties involved. Mediation can help parties to resolve their disputes before incurring all of the costs associated with litigation, which can be extremely high.

Sarah D. Mann
Bodie Law attorney, Sarah D. Mann, has joined young lawyers throughout Maryland who have been recognized as rising stars in the legal profession as a blogger for The Daily Record’s Generation J.D. Ms. Mann blogs twice a month about her experiences as a young lawyer and offers advice to others who may find themselves facing similar situations or challenges. Ms. Mann’s blogs touch on a variety of subjects, including professional ethics, work load demands, organization, litigation advice and interactions with opposing counsel.
