Mr. Schlein joined Bodie, Dolina, Hobbs, Friddell & Grenzer, P.C. in 2013 as an associate attorney. He concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation, including the defense of property owners and insurance carriers in lead paint litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Schlein served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John J. Nagle III on the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Mr. Schlein also previously served as a legal intern to the Honorable Joseph F. Murphy, Jr. on the Maryland Court of Appeals.
Mr. Schlein is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D., summa cum laude, 2012). While in law school, Mr. Schlein served as an Associate Comments Editor on the University of Baltimore Law Review. Mr. Schlein also gained considerable litigation experience as a Rule 16 attorney in the University’s Civil Advocacy Clinic, where he represented individuals in cases involving the denial of unemployment insurance benefits and landlord-tenant disputes.
Prior to law school, Mr. Schlein attended Towson University (B.S., magna cum laude, 2009).
