Sarah D. Mann

Ms. Mann focuses her practice on civil litigation, particularly in personal injury, employment, and construction matters, as well as handling all of the Firm’s collections files.  Ms. Mann also serves as an attorney to the Council of Administrative and Supervisory Employees (“CASE”) of the Baltimore County Public School System, assisting CASE members with Sarah D Mannmatters involving involuntary transfers, pay scale placement, contract negotiations, wrongful discharges, termination/ resignation negotiations and employee benefits.

Ms. Mann recently had the honor of arguing before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals on behalf of a client who challenged the propriety of a government agency that disregarded public bidding procedures.

Ms. Mann is active in both the Baltimore County Bar Association (BCBA) and the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), serving on various sections and committees, including the Young Lawyers Section and Technology Committee of the BCBA and the Planning Committee and “The Litigator” Publication Committee of the Litigation Section of the MSBA.

In her spare time, Ms. Mann enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her mother and the Honorable James L. Mann, Jr. of the District Court for Baltimore City, eight siblings, and twenty-four nieces and nephews. Ms. Mann also volunteers her time in the community, speaking at local middle schools and high schools.

Ms. Mann is a Baltimore native, growing up in Northeast Baltimore City and attending high school at Notre Dame Preparatory School in Towson. Ms. Mann attended the University of Maryland, College Park, receiving a B.A. in Government and Politics. After graduation from college, Ms. Mann attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate.

While in law school, Ms. Mann was an intern for the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office and, in 2006, joined Bodie, Dolina, Hobbs, Friddell & Grenzer, P.C. as a law clerk. After graduating from the University of Baltimore, Ms. Mann was privileged to serve as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable H. Patrick Stringer, Jr. of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.  In 2009, Ms. Mann returned to the Firm as an associate attorney.
