James T. Smith

Mr. Smith is a general litigation attorney concentrating in insurance defense. Before joining Bodie, Dolina, Hobbs, Friddell & Grenzer, P.C., Mr. Smith was an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore County (1991-1997). He served as law clerk to the Honorable Dana M. Levitz of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
Mr. Smith is a graduate of the University of Delaware (B.S., 1983) and the University of Maryland School of Law (J.D., 1990).
